What are Recognitions?

Recognitions are the heart of the platform - they're public acknowledgments of your colleagues' contributions, aligned with company values and backed by points.

Giving Recognition

Point Allocation Guidelines

Consider these factors when assigning points:

  • Impact: How significant was the contribution?
  • Effort: How much work did it require?
