Getting Started

This guide will help you get up and running with the Rewards Platform quickly.

First Time Login​

Accessing the Platform​

  1. Navigate to your organization's Rewards Platform URL
  2. You'll be presented with the login screen
  3. Enter your credentials:
    • Email: Your company email address
    • Password: Your assigned password (or the one you set during registration)

Initial Setup​

After your first login, you should:

  1. Complete Your Profile

    • Add a profile picture
    • Update your job title and department
    • Add a bio (optional)

  2. Familiarize Yourself with the Interface

    • Explore the dashboard
    • Review the navigation menu
    • Check out the recognition feed

Understanding the Dashboard​

Your dashboard is the central hub of the Rewards Platform. Here's what you'll find:

Main Feed​

  • Recognition Posts: See recognitions given across your organization
  • Create Recognition: Click the input box to recognize a colleague
  • Filters: View everything, your team, or your department
  • Company News: Latest announcements and updates
  • Top Contributors: See who's giving the most recognition
  • Trending Values: Most recognized company values
  • Quick Navigation: Access different sections of the platform
  • Your Stats: View your points, recognitions, and achievements

Your First Recognition​

Giving your first recognition is easy:

  1. Click on the recognition input box on the dashboard
  2. Select a colleague to recognize
  3. Choose a company value (e.g., Innovation, Teamwork)
  4. Write a meaningful message describing what they did
  5. Assign points (within your monthly allowance)
  6. Optionally add attachments (images, videos, documents)
  7. Click "Give Points" to post
Best Practice

Make your recognitions specific and meaningful. Instead of "Great job!", try "Thanks for staying late to help debug the production issue. Your dedication saved us hours!"

Understanding Points​

Monthly Allowance​

  • You receive a monthly points allowance to distribute
  • Use these points to recognize colleagues
  • Unused points don't roll over

Earning Points​

  • Receive points when colleagues recognize you
  • Complete quests and milestones
  • Participate in special campaigns

Using Points​

  • Redeem points for rewards in the catalog
  • Track your point balance in your profile
