Login & Authentication

Learn how to access the Rewards Platform and manage your account security.

Logging In

Standard Login

  1. Navigate to your organization's Rewards Platform URL
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Enter your password
  4. Click "Sign In"

First-Time Users

If this is your first time logging in:

  • Use the credentials provided by your administrator
  • You may be prompted to change your password
  • Complete your profile setup

Password Management

Changing Your Password

  1. Go to your Profile (/dashboard/profile)
  2. Click on "Settings" or "Security"
  3. Select "Change Password"
  4. Enter your current password
  5. Enter and confirm your new password
  6. Click "Update Password"

Password Requirements

Your password must:

  • Be at least 8 characters long
  • Contain at least one uppercase letter
  • Contain at least one lowercase letter
  • Contain at least one number
  • Contain at least one special character

Forgot Password

If you've forgotten your password:

  1. Click "Forgot Password?" on the login screen
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Check your email for a reset link
  4. Click the link and create a new password
  5. Log in with your new password

Session Management

Auto-Logout

For security, you'll be automatically logged out after:

  • 30 minutes of inactivity
  • Closing your browser (depending on settings)

Multiple Devices

You can be logged in on multiple devices simultaneously:

  • Desktop computer
  • Mobile phone
  • Tablet

Troubleshooting Login Issues

Can't Remember Email

Contact your system administrator to retrieve your registered email address.

Account Locked

If you've entered the wrong password multiple times:

  • Wait 15 minutes before trying again
  • Or contact your administrator to unlock your account

Browser Issues

If you're having trouble logging in:

  1. Clear your browser cache and cookies
  2. Try a different browser
  3. Ensure JavaScript is enabled
  4. Disable browser extensions temporarily

Security Best Practices

Security Tips
  • Never share your password with anyone
  • Use a unique password for this platform
  • Log out when using shared computers
  • Report suspicious activity to your administrator

Two-Factor Authentication (If Enabled)

If your organization has enabled 2FA:

  1. Enter your email and password
  2. Enter the code from your authenticator app
  3. Or enter the code sent to your email/phone
