Login & Authentication
Learn how to access the Rewards Platform and manage your account security.
Logging In
Standard Login
- Navigate to your organization's Rewards Platform URL
- Enter your email address
- Enter your password
- Click "Sign In"
First-Time Users
If this is your first time logging in:
- Use the credentials provided by your administrator
- You may be prompted to change your password
- Complete your profile setup
Password Management
Changing Your Password
- Go to your Profile (
/dashboard/profile) - Click on "Settings" or "Security"
- Select "Change Password"
- Enter your current password
- Enter and confirm your new password
- Click "Update Password"
Password Requirements
Your password must:
- Be at least 8 characters long
- Contain at least one uppercase letter
- Contain at least one lowercase letter
- Contain at least one number
- Contain at least one special character
Forgot Password
If you've forgotten your password:
- Click "Forgot Password?" on the login screen
- Enter your email address
- Check your email for a reset link
- Click the link and create a new password
- Log in with your new password
Session Management
Auto-Logout
For security, you'll be automatically logged out after:
- 30 minutes of inactivity
- Closing your browser (depending on settings)
Multiple Devices
You can be logged in on multiple devices simultaneously:
- Desktop computer
- Mobile phone
- Tablet
Troubleshooting Login Issues
Can't Remember Email
Contact your system administrator to retrieve your registered email address.
Account Locked
If you've entered the wrong password multiple times:
- Wait 15 minutes before trying again
- Or contact your administrator to unlock your account
Browser Issues
If you're having trouble logging in:
- Clear your browser cache and cookies
- Try a different browser
- Ensure JavaScript is enabled
- Disable browser extensions temporarily

Security Tips
- Never share your password with anyone
- Use a unique password for this platform
- Log out when using shared computers
- Report suspicious activity to your administrator
Two-Factor Authentication (If Enabled)
If your organization has enabled 2FA:
- Enter your email and password
- Enter the code from your authenticator app
- Or enter the code sent to your email/phone
