What are Allowances?

Allowances are the monthly points users receive to distribute as recognitions. They reset each month and don't roll over.

Setting Allowances

Default Allowance

Set the standard monthly allowance for all users

Role-Based Allowances

Configure different allowances by role:

  • Employees: 100 points/month
  • Managers: 200 points/month
  • Executives: 500 points/month

Custom Allowances

Set individual allowances for specific users

Monthly Reset

  • Allowances reset on the 1st of each month
