Company Values

Define and manage the values that drive recognitions.

What are Company Values?

Values are the core principles that guide your organization. Users select a value when giving recognition to align praise with company culture.

Creating Values

  1. Navigate to Admin > Values
  2. Click "Add Value"
  3. Enter value details:
    • Name (e.g., "Innovation", "Teamwork")
    • Description
    • Icon/emoji
    • Color
  4. Set as active
  5. Save

Managing Values

Edit Values

  • Update name, description, icon, or color
  • Modify anytime without affecting past recognitions

Deactivate Values

  • Hide values from selection
  • Preserve historical data
  • Can be reactivated later

Reorder Values

  • Drag and drop to change display order
  • Most important values first

Value Analytics

Track which values are most recognized:

  • Recognition count by value
  • Trending values
  • Department preferences
  • Time-based trends

Value Configuration
  • Keep 5-8 core values
  • Use clear, actionable names
  • Provide helpful descriptions
