Define and manage the values that drive recognitions.
What are Company Values?
Values are the core principles that guide your organization. Users select a value when giving recognition to align praise with company culture.
Creating Values
- Navigate to Admin > Values
- Click "Add Value"
- Enter value details:
- Name (e.g., "Innovation", "Teamwork")
- Description
- Icon/emoji
- Color
- Set as active
- Save
Managing Values
Edit Values
- Update name, description, icon, or color
- Modify anytime without affecting past recognitions
Deactivate Values
- Hide values from selection
- Preserve historical data
- Can be reactivated later
Reorder Values
- Drag and drop to change display order
- Most important values first
Value Analytics
Track which values are most recognized:
- Recognition count by value
- Trending values
- Department preferences
- Time-based trends
